He is survived by: his daughters, Lesia Williams and Lori Buckner; his siblings, Frances Abernathy, Janice Schildt and Larry Maxwell; and his close friend Wilma Yarborough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
