He was predeceased by: his father Robert Louis Helms, Sr.; his brother Kurt Helms; his parents-in-law, Robert Solomon and Diane Solomon; and his nephew Isaac Solomon.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean George; his wife Teresa Helms; his children, Nic Helms (Alissa) and Michelle Holstein (Jeff); his granddaughter Ella Holstein; his sister Donna Bates (Gregg); and his brother-in-law Michael Solomon (Stacey).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Rockmart First Methodist Church (135 Church St, Rockmart, GA 30153).
