He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Leggett and Vera Teal Leggett. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Ezzell Leggett; and his children, Sloan Malloy, Travis Justin Leggett, Samuel Wayne Leggett, Jr. and Brooke Smith.
