He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Dunn and Flora Mae Dunn; his brother Troy Dunn; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Sarah Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dunn of Rocky Face; his children, Coy "Jimmy" Dunn, Jr. and Jill Dunn; his daughter-in-law Amanda Wright of Charlotte, NC; his sister Joy; his brother-in-law Larry Locke; his grandchildren, Grayson and Miyah Dunn-Wright; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Jones, Peg Jones, Linda Jones, Kathy Stricklan and Sawyer Stricklan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Mill Creek Baptist Church in Coy's honor.
