He was predeceased by: his parents, James Addis and Edith Addis; his son Shannon Addis; his brother Charles Addis; and his brother-in-law Charles Davidson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Addis; his son Steven; his daughter-in-law Kem Addis of Rocky Face; his sister Janice; his brother-in-law Glen Rutherford of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Hannah and Hunter Painter of Rocky Face. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
