He is survived by: his wife Kim Davis Hawkins; his sons, Dr. Spencer David Hawkins (Victoria Jiang), Reife Davis Hawkins of Ringgold and Cade Thacker (Morgan Rogers) of Cleveland, TN.; his grandson Hayden Spencer Hawkins; his parents-in-law, Linda and Larry Davis of Rocky Face; and his siblings-in-law, Michael and Brandie Davis of Clermont, FL.. He is also survived by Several aunts, nephews, nieces and many close friends.
