It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Wayne Gribble of Rocky Face, Georgia, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dennis Wayne leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Gribble; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law LaWanda Gribble of Ringgold; his brother Alan Tankersley of Ellijay; and his granddaughter Madison Emery Gribble. He is also survived by Several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2627 Chattanooga Rd, Rocky Face, GA 30740). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Rosswoods or Sacred Journey.
