As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Derek may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Wofford and Vivian Wofford Henry; and his stepfather Joe Henry. He is survived by: his wife Mehgan Wofford; his sons, Tyler Wofford (Kelsey) and Trevor Wofford (Anna Turner); and his grandchildren, Berkley and Breck Wofford. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
