He was predeceased by: his wife Sara Owens Lowery; his parents, David Henley and Lena Self Lowery; and his siblings, James Lowery (Martha Rae), Leonard Lowery (Ruth), Lavada Lowery, Ada Leonard (Lloyd), Sue Russell (Ralph) and Judy Horton (Ralph).
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Crumpley (Rick), Eddie Lowery (Jodi) and Kenny Lowery (Lori); his grandchildren, Carrie Jennings (Scott), April Ban (Brian), Miagan Cobb (John), Lauren Blair (Jonathan), Maddie Varnell (Joey), Ashton Lowery and Jillian Lowery; and his great grandchildren, Kannon Cobb, Charlie Cobb, Owen Ban, Lucy Ban, Amos Ban, Abigail Blair, Millie Blair and Hadley Blair.
