He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Lee "Jim" and Violet Jackson Price; and his siblings, Randy Price, Phyllis Taylor and Joanie L. Butts.
He is survived by: his children, Mitchell Price of Dalton, GA and Stacey; his son-in-law Mike Minnick of Tennessee; his girlfriend Bernice Cash; his siblings, Doug (Judy Price), Danny (Kathy Price) and Judy; his brother-in-law Ritch Lafayette of Rocky Face, GA; his grandchildren, Michael Minnick and Britney Moore; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Addley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
