He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Nelson Sane; and his parents, John Sane and Virginia Sane. He is survived by: his children, Victor Sane (Carol) and Regina Davidson; his siblings, John Dwight Sane (Anne) and Joan Chastain (Lester); and his aunt Edna Green. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central Church of Christ (515 N Tibbs Rd, Dalton, GA 30720). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Central Church of Christ Building Fund, 515 N Tibbs Rd, Dalton, GA 30720.
