He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Tarvin and Ethel Tarvin; his siblings, Charles, Tommy, Ray Tarvin, Shirley Gordon and Barbara Jackson; and his wife Loma Gail Tarvin.
He is survived by: his son Brenon; his daughter-in-law Samantha Tarvin of Villanow; his sister Carolyn Morris of Resaca; and his grandchildren, Tori Tarvin Murdock, Luke Tarvin and Bailey Tarvin.
