He is survived by: the mother of his children Betty Hasty; his children, Angela Hasty of Rocky Face, Terry Hasty of Rocky Face and Chris Hasty of Rocky Face; his brothers, Donald Hasty of Rocky Face and Randall Hasty of Rocky Face; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Hasty, Cristin Hasty, Hudon Hasty, Lane Hasty and Addison Hasty; and his great grandchildren, Bexleigh and Emersyn McAllister.
