She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lee Pickens; her son Tracy Pickens; her parents, Hillard J Roberson and Maude Gertrude Roberson; and her siblings, Doris Smith, James Roberson, Roma Lee Pilcher, Cecil Roberson and Joe Roberson.
She is survived by: her sons, Tony Pickens of Rocky Face and Terry (Werley Pickens); her grandchildren, Jordan Pickens, Joshua Pickens and Lake Pickens; her great grandchild Gavin Pickens; and her sisters-in-law, Laverne Roberson and Faye Roberson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2627 Chattanooga Rd, Rocky Face, GA 30740). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
