He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bartholomew and Edna Bartholomew. He is survived by: his wife Susan Bartholomew; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Flo Bartholomew; his daughter Cheyenne; his son-in-law Danny; his sisters, Dee Dee Ford and Catherine Herrera; and his grandchildren, Kristina, Anthony, Nadia and Max.
