He is survived by : his wife Susan Bartholomew; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Flo Bartholomew; his daughter Cheyenne; his son-in-law Danny; his sisters, Dee Dee Ford and Catherine Herrera; and his grandchildren, Kristina, Anthony, Nadia and Max.
