She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Craig and Elizabeth Craig; her siblings, Jimmy Craig and Margaret Jolly; her son Shane Aley; and her stepson Tony Aley.

She is survived by: her husband Mustapha Aley of Rocky Face, GA; her son Nathan Aley of Rocky Face, GA; her sister Mary Craig Starling of Canton, GA; and her grandchildren, Joseph Aley, Dustin Aley, Xander Aley, Ethan Aley and Tyler Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
