We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2023, at the age of 89, Phyllis Williams of Rocky Face, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Milburn J. William Sr.; and her parents, Lawrence Buchanan and Mary Buchanan. She is survived by: her son Joe; her daughter-in-law Sarah Williams of Charlotte, NC; her siblings, Bennie Roberts of Athens, Texas and Winston; her sister-in-law Sue Buchanan of Chatsworth, GA; her grandchildren, Aires Morrison (Chris) of Smyrna, GA. and Chloe Williams (Jonathan) of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchild Amelia Morrison.
