He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oneal and Barbara Lee Long Heard; his grandmothers, Mary Lou Long and Inez Beaty; his aunt Ruth Shrader; and his cousin Deb Graben.
He is survived by: his sisters, Angela Caldwell (Jackie) and Donna Shook; his nieces and nephews, Laura Beth Heard, Nicole Jones, Jessie Shook and John Shook; his great-niece Aaliyah Shook; and his great-nephew Ethan Shook.
