He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Tolbert; and his sister Helen "Duckie" Allen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Tolbert; his children, Alesia Toler (Mike) of Tunnel Hill and Ronnie Tolbert of Ivey; his grandchildren, Amanda Burnette (Eric) of Rocky Face, Ashton Horton (Dustin) of Ringgold, Josh Amerson of Ringgold and Brandon Tolbert (Kristin) of Gordon; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Burnette, Kayleigh, Little Dustin Horton, Konner, Kameron, Kyler Amerson and Emersyn Tolbert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
