He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Wallace Collins and Lois Cail Collins; his siblings, Virginia Collins Pullias, Leonard Wallace Collins, Leslie Harrison Collins, Franklin Eugene Collins and Larry James Collins; and his son Jeffrey Cail Collins.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Frances Krulic Collins; his daughters, Beth Smith (Billy) and Jennifer Long (Michael); his grandchildren, Natasha Kimberly Davis (Steve), Erin Elizabeth Ward, Mary Gillon Hall (Elliott), Benjamin Thomas Ward and Miriam Claire DuBois (Cody); his great grandchildren, MariHaylee Louise Collins, Carter Reid DuBois, Aubrie Gray DuBois, Parker Collins DuBois and Mary Everly Hall; and his brothers, Kenneth Emmanuel Collins (Ann) and Charles Winburn Collins (Wanda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
