He was predeceased by: his parents, B. W. Bennett and Frances Goddard Bennett; and his siblings, Wayne Bennett, Mary Frances Tanner and Glenda Nelson.
He is survived by: his significant other Patti Grant Bennett; his son Tim Bennett (Phillip Hyatt) of Steele, AL; his sister Joan Graham (Mike); and his close friends, Linda of California, Sam Cotta of California, Brandon Cotta of California and Adrian Cotta of California. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
