It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Erwin Stanley (Rome, Georgia), who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Elizabeth "Sue" Erwin and Edward Theodore "Bud" Erwin of Rome, Georgia.; her husband LeeRoy Stanley; her children, Keith Stanley, Kevin Stanley and Christy Heard; and her brother Jimmy Erwin.
She is survived by: her brother Ronnie (Anita); her children, Debbie DiPrima (Danny), Leeann Davis and Adam Stanley; her grandchildren, Brandy Dupree (Harrison), Mekashi Shepard (Brian), Ryan DiPrima (Elizabeth), Brandon Stanley (Angela), Noah Heard, Ansley Reid (William), Dan DiPrima (Hannah), Stephanie Choate (Kevin) and Jameson; her great grandchildren, Patrick, Perry, Taylor (Kayla), Jada, Ethan, Chase, Brennex, Iris, Talon and Lindsey (Ben); and her great great grandchild Bentley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Salmon Funeral Home (2516 New Calhoun Hwy NE, Rome, GA 30161).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Public Animal Welfare Services (P.A.W.S.) in Rome, GA. Contributions can be made online or mailed to 99 North Avenue NE, Rome, GA 30161.
