It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bana Denise Adams Shores of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Adams and Georgia Louvenia Adams; and her great grandchildren, Thea Payne and Aurora Shores. She is survived by: her husband James Nicholas Shores; her son James Nicholas Shores, Jr.; her grandchildren, Britt Richard James Shores (Ashly), Robert Drake Shores-Roos, Jade Locote Payne (Michael), Morgan Lucius Wells and James Nicholas Shores, III; her great grandchildren, Ever, Taven Shores, Andy Slade, Emory Shores-Roos and Gideon Payne; and her sister Lynda Holmes.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the South Chapel (3002 Maple Rd SE, Rome, GA 30161).
