She was predeceased by: her parents, Stella Adams and Julian Adams; her husband Guy Amspoker; and her children, Lynn Hatch and Guy Amspoker III.

She is survived by: her sister Jerrie Jowers of Rome; and her daughters, Jan Hackett Bybee of Morganton, Julie Keener Harper (Walter Hackett III) of Rome, Maggie Hackett Barrow of Bluffton, Ginny Hatch of Woodstock, Georgia and Katie Hatch Kim (Jake Whitaker) of Gainesville, Florida. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Heyman Hospice.
