She was predeceased by: her father Gustine Parker; her husband U. S. Navy (Ret) of Subligna; and her daughter Deborah Lee Cordle. She is survived by: her children, John Cordle (Gudrun) of Chesapeake and Marci Cordle Marrs (Brian) of Flower Mound; her grandchildren, Benjamin Marrs and Lauren Marrs; her sister Marilyn Dew of Knoxville; and her family Church. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Barbara's name to the Rebecca Blalock Child Development Center, 608 Graham St NW Rome GA 30165.
