He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Desper, Sr. and Essie Ware Desper; and his sister Joyce Ann Desper. He is survived by: his significant other Laura; his children, Tyler Grant Desper of Peachtree City, Georgia, Benjamin William Desper, III and Mary Beth Dooley; and his loyal dachshund Kirby.
