He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Lee Wilkins and Clara Bell Wilkins; and his siblings, Doris Walraven of Rome, GA. and Steve Wilkins of Rome, GA.. He is survived by: his brothers, Randall'Randy'Wilkins of Ponce Inlet and Tim Wilkins of Haddock, Georgia.; and his children, Billy Wilkins Jr. of Rome and Wendy Wilkins Echols of Augusta. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Floyd Memory Gardens (895 Cartersville Hwy SE, Rome, GA 30161).
