He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Ham" Duggan and Edith Day Duggan; and his brother Lynn Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Dian Duggan; his sons, David Duggan (Kelly) and Michael Duggan; his grandchildren, Emily, Dow Turrentine, Mary Duggan, Mallory Duggan, Chris, Jess Duggan, Zach and Melissa Duggan; his great grandchildren, Simon, Ethan and Mikey; and his sister Susan Flores.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to Lime Branch Baptist Church or a charity of your choice.
