He was predeceased by: his father Charles Mitchell Evans. He is survived by: his mother Merle Mills Evans; his siblings, Theresa Dulaney (Brian) and John Evans (Deb) of Atlanta; his former wife Mary Evans; his daughters, Cindy Klestinec, Stephanie Monahan and Jackie Boone; and his nieces, Brittni Hall (Blake), Lauren Hughes (Jared), Anna Kate Ball (Dakota), Casey Stith (Jonathan), Mallory Lenzi (Brandon) and Audrey Evans. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers are the men of the Foundation Sunday School Class and the Thursday Night Men's Group. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the PALS program at Trinity by the River by contacting the church office or the Salvation Army Rome Corps.
