He is survived by: his children, Shelia Overby (Bill) of Rome, James Gresham, III (Kathy) of Rome, Leslie Gresham (Patty) of Rome and Tammy Kay (David) of Rome; his grandchildren, Carrie Graves (Steve), Holly Sutton, Blakeley Hovers (Gary), Ashley Green (Jeff), Brittney Wilson (Josh), Justin Gresham (Kristen), Melora Borders (Nick) and Quinton Kay (Emily); his great grandchildren, Ben Graves, Caden Graves, Braden Sutton, Brantley Sutton, Chris Hovers, Camden Hovers, Olivia Green, Ramey Wilson, Sophia Kay, Elliott Borders, Alice Gresham and Kadence Graham; and his sister Betty Ann Jarrard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
