She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Joe Cooper, Sr. and Ruth Ernestine Bartlett Cooper; her husband Scott Prater; her children, Stephen (Ariel) and AJ; her daughter-in-law Olivia; and her children, Clay (Avery), Jeremie (Shannon), Charla (Lamar), Cecil, Courtney and Breanna.

She is survived by: her siblings, Herman, Scott, Tommy, Teresea, Delana and Arlene.
