He is survived by: his wife Penny Lindsey Miller; his children, David Christopher Miller and Ann Miller Knight; his son-in-law Jordan Knight; his grandchildren, Caroline, Wesley and Pace Knight; and his siblings, Holly Miller and Scott Miller.
