He is survived by : his wife Mary Kay Smith of Rome, GA; his son Leslie; his daughter-in-law Cindy Smith of Cartersville, GA; and his daughters, Julia McDonald of Rome, Amber (Jimmy Boyd) and Faith. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
