She is survived by: her parents, Rod E. Gustafson and Mary Ellen Gustafson; her sons, Jack, Eli and Henry Quinlivan; the father of her children Hunt Quinlivan; and also, John and Paige Quinlivan. She is also survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
