He was predeceased by: his wife Terri Hastings Scott; his father Daniel Barnett Scott, Sr.; and his sister Patricia Scott Fletcher. He is survived by: his sister Jan Scott Ledbetter of Rome; and his nieces and nephews, Cecilia Bell Reagan of Atlanta, Jeremy Bell, Jay Darnell and Jennifer Darnell Parker of Rome. He is also survived by 2 great nieces and a great nephew.
