He is survived by: his wife Denise Carter; his daughters, Tiffany Rogers (Justin), Shannon Howard (Jenn) and Ashley Peardon (Jeff); his grandchildren, Riley Rogers, Hailee Gibbs, Colby Rogers, Aaron Peardon, Brynlee Rogers and Chase Rogers; and his brother Bobby Carter (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
