We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2023, at the age of 66, Deborah Ann Baxter of Rome, Georgia, born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bristol and Marie Wooten Bristol; her daughter Brandy Nicole Baxter; and her sister Carol Bristol. She is survived by: her husband William Michael "Mike" Baxter of Silver Creek, GA; her sons, Chris Baxter (Tamara) and Mark Baxter (Amy) of Shepherdsville, KY; her grandchildren, Tristan Baxter, Justin Baxter, Andrew Baxter, Eli Baxter and Avery Fielder; and her sisters, Marsha Palmer and Sandra Bristol. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
