She is survived by: her husband Rev. Sam Stephens of Rome, GA.; her daughters, Gaile Stephens and Anne Marie Mitchell; her son-in-law Roger'Chip'Mitchell; her grandsons, Raleigh, Sam and Luke Mitchell; and her sisters, Ellen Fore of Lexington, KY and Linda Bradley of Columbia, MO.
