He is survived by: his children, Kim Brookshire (David), Steve Smith (Kim), Shannon Cagle and Jonathan Cook (Dana); his grandchildren, Lee Cagle, Beth Post (Max), Zachary Cook, Morgan Kraut (Nick), Jamison Smith, Jeremy Smith (Breanna), Joel Brookshire, Megan Brookshire, Ali Kilgo and Zac Harper; his great grandchildren, Kindal Grace, River and Benjamin; and his sisters, Gail Cosper and Judy Bell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
