It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Faye Davis Blanton (Rome, Georgia), who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Forrest Davis and Opal Elizabeth Carnes Davis; her husband Walter Blanton; her son Daryl Blanton; and her granddaughter Jessica Paige Blanton.

She is survived by: her son Trent; her daughter-in-law Kathy Blanton; her brothers, Ray Davis and Johnny Davis (Jo Ann); her grandchildren, Tera Hyde, Daryl Forrest Blanton, Crystal Marie Morrison and Kimberly Dawn Dockery; and her great grandchildren, Devin Hollingsworth, Paige Hyde, Amy Dockery, Brennan Morrison, Reannan Woodring, Trentan Carter and Rilynn June Blanton. She is also survived by several nieces nephews.

Due to Covid-19 a private service was on Saturday January 2, at Antioch Baptist Church, with Greg Free and Rev. Brian Butler, officiating.
