She is survived by: her husband Bill Cook; her children, Jamie W. Cook, Jr. of Warner Robins, GA and Susan Cook Fox (Michael) of Rome; her grandchildren, Jennifer Holloway, Allison Fox, Adam Cook (Nancy) and Charlie Cook (Stella); her great grandchildren, Cody Holloway (Emily Hyche), Abby Grace Holloway and Aspen Holloway; and her sibling's children, David Allred and Jeanie Trotochaud (Terry). She is also survived by her children, she became at stay-at-home mom.
