She is survived by: her children, Debra Sammons Jarvis (Jay) of Rome and Edwin F. Sammons Jr. Atlanta (Korey); her grandsons, James T. Jarvis of Atlanta and John T. Jarvis of Atlanta; her brother William H. "Pete" Odum of Blakely; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Odum of Thomasville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
