She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Herbert R. McCartney; her parents, John Ralph Cooper of Chattanooga and Dorothy Engers Cooper of Chattanooga; her daughter Enger McCartney-Smith of Mount Holly, N. C.; her son-in-law David Smith; her grandchildren, Aliya Smith, Iain Smith of North Hollywood, CA and Jacob Smith of Charlotte, N. C.; and her sister Jenny Cooper Smith of North Port, FL. She was also cherished by several nieces and cousins.
