It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Louise Godwin of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on August 28, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Adams; her husband O. C. Godwin; her son Barry Godwin; and her siblings, Betty Pelfrey, Ann Selman and Wilson Adams.

She is survived by: her son Brett Godwin; her grandson Jayson Selman; and her brother-in-law Edward Selman.
