He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Brock and Annie Bell Ellington Brock; his wife Bonnie Sue Brock; his grandson James Dustin Nixon; his siblings, J. L. Brock, Martha Blaylock and Kenneth Harris; and his stepmother Daphne Harris Brock.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Beard (Larry), Jamie Nixon (Ken) of Starkville, MS, Cheryl Wolfe (Jim) and Gary Davis (Nona); and his siblings, Betty Kelly and James Brock. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
