He was predeceased by: his father Edward West. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Brown Hine; his wife Linda Harris; his sons, John (Stacey), Taylor (Brie) and Ben (Sarah); his grandchildren, Mac, John, Keegan, Anne, Darden, Harris and Scarlett; his siblings, Anne Lee, Henry, Charlie and Bob; and his close friend Debra Elovich. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family of Edward West Hine, Jr. requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the Community Foundation for Greater Rome.
