She was predeceased by: her parents, Charner Williams and Johnnie Dera Jones Williams. She is survived by: her husband Herman Alvin Higgins; and her son Herman Higgins, Jr. (Carol). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Flowers area accepted, but a donation in Mrs. Betty Higgins' name to the Berry Schools would be preferred.
