She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Charles Talley and Mamie Talley; her husband Ray Otts; her sons, Jack C. Floyd and Charlie Durran Floyd (Vickie); and her siblings, Christine Millian (Clyde), Delsie Debo, Coy Talley (Mildred), Ray Talley (Catherine) and Doyle Talley (Beulah Mae).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sallie Floyd; and her grandchildren, Mark Floyd (Susan), Daniel Floyd, Angie Floyd Hager and Christopher Floyd. She is also survived by her many Great Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
