He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Perkins; his children, Amy Ambrose (Ray) of Richmond, VA, Michelle Rogers of Chesapeake, VA, Ernie Rogers (Rachel) of Chesapeake, VA, Jody Rogers of Chesapeake, VA and Mark Rogers of Chesapeake, VA; his sister Faye Griffith of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Carter, McKenzie, Taylor, Alexis and Sam. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
