She is survived by: her son Mickey Juan Ely; her grandchildren, Adrian Ely, Jacklyn Hughes and Jennifer Strickland; her great grandchildren, Alex Strickland, Jordyn Hughes of Brooklyn Hughes, T. J, Inara Strickland and Demetri Strickland; and her siblings, Jackie Atchley, Janice Correll and Billy Joe Brooks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
